What You Are Good At
- You are curious about Private Markets, technology, and innovation.
- You are organized, proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized with keen attention to detail.
- You are comfortable in an international environment with deadline-oriented work.
- Previous experience in consulting, tax & accounting, or finance departments in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Tech companies is welcome.
How You Can Help Us
Your working student activities / internship will cover a wide range of topics:
Finance
- Actively support relevant fund administration processes (including capital calls, reporting, documentation, etc.).
- Help prepare documents for our annual accounts, quarterly reports, and tax filings.
- Assist the finance team with various day-to-day tasks such as cash management and budgeting.
Operations
- Structure and prepare data and insights for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Support the team in administering compliance, governance, and legal matters for the entire organization.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (year two or later) or a Master’s program with excellent grades.
- Focus in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, controlling, or related fields.
- Hands-on team player with excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and results orientation.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office.
